No. Cross-Connection is a parachurch ministry — we flow out of the church, not around it. We don't teach, we don't exercise authority, and we are not a substitute for your congregation. We host events where young adults can meet and build relationships. Sunday is still the peak of your week; we're what spills out of it.
Not only. Married couples come, and are a big part of what we do. But a lot of singles come too, and we think that's good — this is an excellent place to meet a spouse, and we say so plainly. We are for marriage, and for marrying young.
No. Believers from Presbyterian, Baptist, Anglican, and other churches come to our events. We affirm the Apostles' Creed. That is the standard.
Yes, you are welcome. We are unashamedly Christian and we won't hide it — we'll sing, we'll pray, we'll read Scripture — but you are welcome to come and see.
No. But we strongly encourage it. Singing is a big part of who we are, and there's a reason for that: joy is a discipline, and we practice it out loud.
